The winter session will start on 16 January 2023.  You can consult the detailed timetable by clicking here.
Registration will start in December 2022.
The Tai Chi Club offers Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes in Montreal in Chinatown or in Brossard at different locations with certified instructors. Virtual classes are also offered.
For Tai Chi, three levels are offered to students depending on where they are in their journey. Qi Gong classes are for all levels.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced in your practice, Tai Chi and Qi Gong are practices that allow you to develop balance, memory and generally increase your health.

COVID-19 Instructions

The Taichi Club follows the government rules in effect for Quebec

It is important that students and instructors feel safe in the classroom. Although many measures are no longer required, you are asked to be careful in the classroom and to consider your colleagues; the pandemic is not yet over.

Vaccinal Passport
It is no longer necessary to present a vaccination passport.

Wearing a mask and distancing yourself

– A mask is required when you enter the classroom. A procedure mask is recommended rather than a home-made mask.

– The mask is not required when practicing and keeping a distance of one meter.

– When assisting in situations that require closer proximity, instructors may put on their masks. The mask will however be required when circulating in the course, for example on arrival and exit and during breaks.

Hand disinfection

Please disinfect your hands before entering the classroom

It is important that if you have symptoms of flu, cold or COVID, not to attend class.

Please note that we will adjust if new restrictions/requirements are put in place by the government.
